The Cove Retreat

This retreat is owned by the same people that run Gazi and Shanti retreats, and I have to say WOW, for something with that little bit extra this is the place to go, it is ideally suited to couples and would be an amazing honeymoon option, the rooms are tree houses, there are 7 luxury houses each with a private balcony that has a Jacuzzi and seating area. The bathrooms are open planned with the balcony with a beaded curtain, the rooms have 4 poster beds, with nets, the rooms are air conditioned and like the Gazi has a full minibar.

The Jacuzzi can be set up for you of an evening and you an have a glass of champagne, luxury! under your tree house you will find a swinging day bed, for that afternoon nap out of the sun. The small pool is next to the bar/restaurant and the food on offer is the same as all the other properties, and again meals are not at any set time.

The Cove is on the south coast reached by road and car ferry and takes +/-2 and half hours transfer or 30-40 minutes from Ukunda
