Z Hotel Zanzibar
These days we are all looking for something a little bit extra special – gone are the days when we wanted to stay in large resorts with lots of people, rooms and impersonal service. The Z Hotel in Zanzibar has picked up on this and is the first ‘boutique on the beach’ property in Zanzibar. located right on the coast, overlooking the Indian Ocean, the hotel is built on stilts overlooking a white beach. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, as you would expect from a boutique hotel and attention to detail, such as cosmetics from the White Company and fluffy white bathrooms just give it the edge.
The Z Hotel opened earlier this year and is already receiving rave reviews from happy guests on trip advisor.
The hotel offers Weddings and a great honeymoon package – 
weddings are not churned out conveyer belt session, they are carefully & sensitively arranged with each little detail being looked into to ensure that the bride & groom have the wedding of their dreams.
So if it is smaller, boutique hotel you are looking for, away from the hustle & bustle of large resort then the Z Hotel is a must visit.

From the moment we landed we were greeted by the transfer driver who really made sure we had everything we needed, from money exchange to trips and guides.
Arriving at the hotel we received a warm welcome from the staff. The hotel was everything you would imagine from the pictures. It had a great location, it was clean and modern. The hotel staff were friendly and it felt as if they were there just for you.
As you would expect from a boutique hotel, it had a calm and quiet atmosphere, and with everything taken care of for you, you have the opportunity to forget about everything, or to explore the magic of Zanzibar.
